While the majority of our customers are located in Southeast Minnesota, Technology Navigators will consider projects anywhere we can provide value.  Over the years, we have done projects on both coasts with a wide variety of customers including several Fortune 1000 companies.   Many consulting projects can be done remotely.  Other projects require a great deal of face time.  Technology Navigators will do our best to accommodate the specific needs of our clients.

For emergencies and mission critical situations, we have a Commercial Pilot on staff and can reach much of the Midwest within three hours.  Travel time obviously increases cost.  But when a factory or business is down, response time can be critical – potentially saving thousands of dollars.

In web design and e-Commerce, our clients are primarily niche retailers and service industries, with the capacity to sell and/or serve to a global market.  Our clients include trapping supply and outdoor sporting goods companies, and funeral homes. 

Data-security has become extremely important in the past few years, particularly for health care, human services organizations, law firms and financial institutions.  Our clients include these as well as several manufacturing plants.
