1. EssentialIT Platform

What this includes:

  • Remediation covers of any issues pertaining to originally installed software or hardware covered under ITnav MSP
  • Work Stations locked down and restricted from non-business software installation
  • Daily analysis of:
    • Errors, warnings, and informational alerts concerning:
    • Applications and databases running on server(s)
  • Monitoring provides covers Operating system, services and server & PC(s) hardware
    • Server disk space, utilization and health of server(s)
    • Print queues, terminal server sessions, mail queues, bad mail, etc…
    • Memory usage and Virtual memory utilization
    • Processor utilization and performance
    • Server/PC Health Monitor Alerts
    • Location of devices (AntiTheft)
  • Daily verification that Anti-Virus program(s) are updating on server(s)
      • Patch Management provides weekly running windows update on server(s) & PC’s, including installation of any pertinent service packs, security updates, and patches

Deliverables you can expect:

  • Quarterly reporting (or more often as needed) on any issues, including:
    • Event Log errors and warnings and why they are there
    • Any corrective actions taken
    • Any future concerns regarding the issues (if any)
    • Our plan or recommendation to resolve any issues
    • Problem resolution, status of hot fixes or patches applied

2. SecureIT

What this includes:

Managed AntiVirus/AntiMalware/AntiSpam

      • Management of your network devices security software
      • Spam blocked prior to contact with Internet connection preserving needed bandwidth.
      • Monitoring of attacks on your network that were blocked and removed

Monitoring/Management of Firewall & Gateway Security

      • System and network security and intrusion detection
      • Blocking of non-business website traffic
      • Monitoring of website traffic and network threats
      • Managed VPN Connections for your traveling employees

Online/Offsite Backup, Disaster Recovery of Server

  • Daily Snapshot back up and verification of completion:
    • Servers
    • Critical User PCs
  • Local Virtualization of your server(s) or critical PC(s) in the event of a local failure.
  • Off-Site Virtualization of critical IT infrastructure in the event of a major outage.
  • Full data recovery in less than 24 hours in the event of a major outage.

  • Quarterly reporting (or more often as needed) on any issues, including:
    • Results of Local and Off-site Virtualization testing
    • Network Attacks
    • Website Traffic and Network Threats

3. StrategicIT

What this includes:

For entire organization’s personnel

  • Service Level & Warranty
  • On call support services (standard: desktop/user outage)
  • Technology Navigator’s standard business hours M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • On call support services (emergency: server/network outage
    • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Unlimited phone support (see “best practices” below)
  • Email support services – unlimited (see “best practices” below)
  • Unlimited remote support of server(s) AND desktops (see “best practices”)
  • Documentation Binder (Creation and upkeep of all records) including:
    • Network map, location of assets, PC inventory and specs
    • Server configuration, installations, and patches applied
    • Vendor contact information
    • Software licenses & Hardware purchases (invoices, media, packing slips, etc…)
    • Warranty and service plan information
    • Policies & procedures (changing passwords, adjusting folder permissions, etc…)
    • All work logs from onsite and remote service work performed
    • Software & Hardware replacement schedules
  • Vendor Liaison
    • Interact with all hardware and software vendors on behalf of your organization to ensure proposals, pricing and work performed are accurate and satisfactory.
  • Budgetary process
    • Work closely to on technology related expenditures portion of annual budget
    • Allocate timelines for retiring and acquiring of hardware and software
    • Anticipate future need for planning purposes
  • Add/Change/Move Coverage
    • Schedule, coordinate and implement changes and moving of Covered Equipment.
    • Schedule, coordinate and implement changes and moving of new equipment to be added to coverage.
